Our name is a tribute to Cleo, the beloved working cocker spaniel who’s been by our side since the beginning. Cleo joined our family during a challenging time, bringing comfort, resilience, and unconditional loyalty. While she may never have taken to "working" in the traditional sense, she’s been a constant companion—on job sites, in meetings, and everywhere in between.
Now in her senior years, Cleo still walks five miles a day, swims whenever she can, and wins hearts everywhere she goes. Her calm presence and uncanny ability to read people remind us daily what matters most: being dependable, kind, and always going the extra mile.
